12 Month Warranty & Cash back

 All units come with a 12-month warranty when purchased from us. This warranty is only activated once your old unit is returned to us. Your old unit must be returned within 25 working days from the time you originally placed the order with ourselves.

Trade in – In order to activate the 12-month warranty we will need to receive your old unit. The unit should be sent to:

We will cover postage up to the value of £5.00 and will need a copy of the postage receipt sending to partgeekinfo@gmail.com

Trade in for old units varies and will be agreed once you place an order with us. When we email you to confirm your address and the unit you have ordered (at the time of the original sale) we will confirm in the trade in value. It varies between £25 – £100. You can roughly calculate it on the basis the more expensive the unit you purchase from us the more the value of the cash back.

Cash back and trade in are not available on units under £150.00

 Warranty.

 We work on a basis of trust with our customers. We are looking to further our positive feedback and build our brand and believe the best way to do this is to treat people fairly. We will advise where possible potential issues with your installation and ask you try and rectify this before making a warranty claim.

Our warranty does NOT cover water ingress, Existing faults with your car and electrical issues. We reserve the right to request a diagnostic report from an independent garage at the buyers expense before offering a warranty exchange.

Cash bay payments will ONLY be made via bank transfer and will be made within 14 days of receipt of your old unit.

We are a business and whilst trying to help people our whole business model revolves around us refurbishing units for resale. If your units is clearly beyond repair for example fire damaged or submerged in excessive water, we are able to offer a trade in and cover the cost of postage but reserve the right to reject a trade in if the unit is un serviceable. In this situation, we will re dispatch your unit to you should you wish for it to be returned, In this situation the payment would not be made however your warranty would be activated.

WITHOUT THE RETURN OF YOUR OLD UNIT YOUR WARRANTY WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED.
