Our products are all refurbished unless stated otherwise, we do stock new products for common faults.
Do you supply OEM parts?
Our parts are all OEM unless stated otherwise.
Can I collect my order?
We are able to facilitate this however please contact us prior to purchasing to ensure everyone is happy with the arrangement.
Why has my Unit Failed?
Most of the units we provide are affected by water ingress, prior to installing the unit you purchase from us, please ensure you have rectified the leak otherwise a recurrence of the failure will likely occur in the future.

Do you provide an installation service?
Currently we do not, however we have a number of partner garages who we work with who are able to complete repairs on your vehicle. Please contact us prior to purchase and we may be able to point you in the right direction.
I Can’t find my vehicle ‘X’ Do you stock ‘X’?
We stock Hundreds of units however our website is new and therefore contains only a small percentage of that which we can offer. Please contact us directly so we can provide you with a quote for the unit you require.
Do you price match/ will you accept an ‘offer’ on an item?
We do offer price matches with any comparable company/ service. We do not accept offers on the basis you simply want a cheaper price however if you find a COMPARABLE product advertised at a lower price please let us know and we will happily price match.
Do you offer trade discount?
We do not offer a trade discount scheme currently. However, we are interested in expanding our client base and the volume of our trade. If you are a business and require multiple units (one off orders won’t be considered) then please get in touch and we can provide a bulk order quotation.
