 Access to this website and the viewing of the material and adverts contained within is provided on the basis that those doing so acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms laid out within. These terms complete with relevant laws and regulations. If you are unwilling to comply/ proceed on the basis of the terms detailed in this document please do not shop with us. The terms detailed on this website are at the discretion of Partgeek Ltd. And we reserve the right to change the T&Cs under which we provide our services.

 Orders

 Prior to ordering, please ensure the details you provide are complete and a true representation of reality. Upon order receipt we will contact you via the methods provided (either phone or Email) to confirm the delivery address, cost & Product details that you have ordered. It is your responsibility to confirm these details are correct before your order will be dispatched.

Partgeek Ltd. Reserve the right to reject any order placed on our website at our sole discretion. Should an order be rejected, we will refund your payment and confirm in writing that the order has been refused. We accept no costs or liability for refusal to fulfill orders.

  Payment

To place an order with us, payment must be made via the in site payment options. Only once payment has been received will we contact you regarding your intention to order. Only Following conformation of details as mentioned In the orders section of our T&C’s will we be able to confirm an order has been accepted by Partgeek Ltd.

We take payment from your card at the time we despatch your order, once your card details have been validated.

Payment Via Cheque is not accepted unless agreed in writing prior to a sale. Please contact us directly if you wish to pay via Cheque.

 Pricing

All prices shown on our website are displayed in UK £ Pounds sterling.

Prices on our site are competitive an unless as part of an advertised promotion on our site we are unable to accept offers lower than the advertised figures.

Partgeek Ltd. Reserves the right to review and adjust prices on every item contained within our store. Prices will not be adjusted once an order has been placed and accepted.

Should an error in our website indicate an item is for sale at a cost lower than we intended we reserve the right to cancel the order and will not be bound to provide a product or service which we determine to have accidently miss priced. We will work with customers to find an amicable solution however the determination of said solution will be governed solely by Partgeek Ltd.

Availability

Products shown on our website are in stock and available for purchase. The buyer is responsible for ensuring they are ordering the correct product for their vehicle. We are able to provide advice if contacted.

If a product is accidentally marked as available and out of stock we reserve the right to cancel an order, a full refund will be provided however we will not accept liability for any subsequent costs incurred by third parties.

Our products are advertised to the best of our knowledge. It is the buyers responsibility to check compatibility with their vehicle prior to purchase and again prior to installation.

The products shown on our website are EXAMPLES. We have numerous individuals of each product in stock and have a stock photo. The product you receive will not be the exact one in the photo and may have different COSMETIC features. The Product provided will match the function of that in the photos. We guarantee the highest QUALITY however want to be clear markings on units may vary.

We reserve the right to remove from sale, any product at any time without any notice.

 Cancellation of Orders

Where applicable you can cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Should you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch please Call us on 07764 430582 or email us at partgeekinfo@gmail.com – Dispatch will be advised to the customer via an email which will contain your tracking number.

If you wish to cancel your order after we have shipped your purchase, please follow the returns process.

Delivery

Units will be shipped within 3 working days of purchase however we strive to have packaged shipped within 1 working day.

A tracking number will be provided when your parcel has been dispatched.

We accept no liability for delays whilst our delivery agent handles your delivery. Should you not receive your parcel please let us know and we will investigate in conjunction with the delivery agent. Should a parcel be confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement parts.

Returns

  We will accept returns on all products that are not required. This offer is valid for 14 days from order receipt and is on the assumption the unit is in the same condition as that when it was shipped to you. If the product is returned for any reason other than being faulty a 20% re stock fee will apply. All return postage is at the buyers cost other than where the product is fault.

Parts that have been fitted to a vehicle after being received by the customer will not be accepted for return in ANY circumstance. Incorrect fitment of units can cause them to break. If this occurs, please contact us directly.

Should our security seal be removed to indicate a product has been disassembled it will not be eligible for return. ‘Returns’ of products that we have NOT supplied will be rejected (DO NOT TRY TO RETURN YOUR OLD UNIT AND CLAIM IT WAS THAT WHICH WE SUPPLIED, WE DEPLOY A NUMBER OF MARKINGS TO IDENTIFY OUR UNITS, BOTH OVERT AND COVERT)

Items lost in transit on their way to be returned to us will be at the buyer’s expense.

International orders

 Please contact us directly for costs for oversees shipping.

All international orders will be provided by Partgeek Ltd. However, the buyer will be responsible for ALL taxes and duties related to this. Returns from oversees must state RETURN ONLY to avoid import taxes being incurred. Should they be incurred this will be at the buyer’s expense.

Items shown for sale with oil are for the UK only. Liquids won’t be shipped overseas and are not included in the sale even if shown on the photo. This is due to strict shipping rules and reduces the number of lost/ detained international parcels.

 Refunds

 All refunds will be processed via the payment method in which you purchased your products.

For any refunds on return postage a receipt of the return postage will need to be provided. Refunds will be processed within 14 working day.

 Product Liability & Customer incurred charges

 Partgeek Ltd. Liability will not extend past the purchase price regardless of the claim made against us. Units are provided and fitted at the buyer’s risk. Charged incurred by a consumer for example double/ Re fitting costs due to a faulty part provided by Partgeek Ltd. Will be at the buyer’s cost.

We offer our services on a good faith basis and intend to do all we can to help our customers. We will strive to work with anyone who has purchased from us to find an amicable solution.
