Replacement gear drive inside Mini R57 Sunroof Drive. (ASD Drive)
REPLACEMENT GEAR ONLY. DOES NOT INCLUDE THE MOTOR.
Due to internal friction within the drive, the original plastic drive often burns out and looses its teeth. To overcome this, we have manufactured a replacement 1:1 brass gear.
This gear is supplied at a much reduced cost as opposed to a complete motor replacement.
To avoid damage to the motor and gear this purchase comes with 50g of lithium grease. This needs to be used to lubricate the gear to avoid damage.
This advert is for the gear only as shown in photograph one. Photograph two is purely for illustration purposes and shows the gear you will receive located within a R57 ASD Motor.
